I had lunch with some folks at the old job this week. I still have a lot of friends there, and it's nice to get out of the house every once in a while.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy having lunch with the parrots most days, but sometimes, I need to be with entities that not only reply to conversation, but are actually aware of what they're saying.

I am just lovely today.

I'm working on some swap projects and some other things. I think I may make one post for the week tomorrow so you can see that I'm not breaking my own rules, I'm just not talking about them like I'm supposed to.

This week, I've made:
two bookmarks
several inchie paintings
the start of a Ghibli feltie
and
patched up the cover to Charlie's cage!

Crafty the first

I found my USB cable. It was under the desk.

A few days ago, Charlie climbed up here and threw things off. Apparently, my cable was one of those things. Along with the bucket of markers, my mouse, my glasses and a coaster.

I'm already having more fun than you.

I just wanted that out there before we continue.

While waiting for the USB crisis to fade, I thought I'd upload a series of photos of Charlie doing what Charlie does best.

I have three projects done already.

And I took pictures!

When I went to upload them, I realized that my USB cable is missing.

GONE!

I think it made its way home with my brother-in-law. We used it to hook their camera up so we could see vacation pictures.

I can't find it anywhere.

I've ordered a new one, so hopefully I'll be able to show off by the end of the week.

Until then, I'm still shiling for ideas.
